I went to the store, but couldn't find burrata cheese, so I decided to substitute it with mascarpone. There are a lot of options in making this sandwich, you could add a balsamic glaze, some greens like Arugula, spices... really the options are only limited to your imagination. One way I may make this sandwich in the future is with Mascarpone Cheese and Strawberries with a honey drizzle. If you decide to make it, let me know what you think and what options you went with!
