You can get the prime accessories with bought regal aya along with the vaulted prime relics with aya from that shop. I would not buy Regal Aya as it seems to be a terrible value since you get 0 platinum. Best farms for Aya would be speed farming the first stage of the low level ghoul bounty, or just highest level non steel path open world bounties.
