Sir, me esi psu me pichle 8 saal se kaam kar raha hun, jahan par lagbhag 100 id="hidden2" workers hain. Bahut se contract employee bhi hain jinko bhi achha package milta hai aur bonus bhi. Ham kuch muskil se 5-6 log ese hain jinko bola hain self contract employee no bonus, no overtime, no annual increment jabki hamse regular employee se bhi jaada kaam liya jata hai. Kya hai ye self contract employee. Halanki ham se koi contract agreement sign nahi karwaya gaya tha. Bas ek office order nikal kar hme self contract employee join karwa diya gaya aur usme likha hai ki " this engagement is for fixed tenure basis for six months and no other benefits shall be given". ...Expand
