I am grateful I can always count on you guys to provide world class video information on trading. When I watch one of your long training videos, I always like to stop and take notes while I am watching to make sure I understand everything you are teaching. Since your videos teaches so well and clear, I rarely have questions that cant be answered just by watching a few more times. However, for the 1st time, I do have a question on one of your slides on put options. It states "If the put buyer is wrong: Call seller just pockets the premium he received for taking the bet". Does the put buyer buy from a call seller or a put seller? both? ... 3

@legger9995 months ago Trying to learn. I've only gotten in as far as , and confused already. The example being told is done in May of some year. And the expiration is in June. At , the guy in the blue shirt talks about the stock price going down, and says "...stock sells off to say 160 then on November 16th the option seller..." I turned on the subtitles, and he DOES say that. If a CALL expired in June, why does a Put for the same thing go out as far as November 16? Are they effective for longer time? I'm distracted by this, and my brain wants to come up with an answer to this rather than pay attention to what he's trying to teach. ...
