Left 4 Dead 2 Unused Sounds

There is a few lines in Left 4 Dead & Left 4 Dead 2 that if not used than are rare to hear. On Dark Carnival Nick was suppose to be talking to a hippie likely in the Tunnel of Love. You can hear Nick arguing with the Hippie! Also there was suppose to be 2 other way to complete Dark Carnival. The first way is when you get to the stadium instead of being swarmed by infected, you could climb through a scaffold to leap through a window and land on top of (or in?) portable toilet as said in video. The second way was a exit from the stadium instead of getting on a copter you could of use the tour bus van from the Midnight Riders. Kind of like how you leave dead center. There a few lines from Bill in The Sacrifice from a dlc in Left 4 Dead that also if not used than are rarely heard.
