"Remain in Me" is a song that expresses intimacy with Jesus and what it looks like to Remain in His love through the weariness of life. Throughout the first verse, there is a consistent theme of one talking to Jesus, but in the second verse and chorus there is a perspective shift to the Lord talking to His child. As you listen to the song you will see that through intimacy with Jesus you can find joy and victory, which is expressed in the final chorus. Remain in Me was originally written by Ellie Moreau as a ballad vocal and piano track for a final project at Full Sail University. Dustin Moreau later re-produced the song and added a rap hook, giving it the sound of Modern Temple.
