Ingredients:
200 gms Moong Dal, soaked
20 gms Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Ginger
10 gms Green Chillies
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
- In a bowl, add soaked and ground moong dal.
- To it add coriander leaves, grated ginger, green chilies, chopped onion, red chili powder, coriander seeds powder and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
- Make small portions of the batter and put them in hot oil for frying.
- Fry the moongode until golden brown. Serve them hot with a cup of chai.
