Pajama Mama's Collard Greens Soup
* Butter & Flour for the roux
* 1-2 onions ( chopped )
* 4-5 celery stalks ( chopped )
* couple of cloves of garlic ( I didn't mention in the video )
* 1-2 cans of Diced or Stewed Tomatoes ( you can also use fresh )
* 3-4 lbs Chicken Andouille & Chicken Italian Sausage ( sliced )
* 4-5 lbs Yellow or Red Potatoes
* 4-8 cups of Cooked Collard Greens ( you be the judge, some people like more, some like less )
* Chicken Stock or Broth
* 1 Quart Heavy Cream
* Season to Taste...ENJOY 😋
