WTO Report Reaction - NUFC Takeover - Newcastle United Latest

At 3pm today the World Trade Organisation (WTO) report into piracy of Premier League content in Saudi Arabia was released. What does it say and will it affect the NUFC Takeover? Newcastle United fans are desperate for a positive outcome - ie getting rid of Mike Ashley - and the WTO report was seen as the last significant hurdle.
