Ingredients: 1 ripe mango(large) 1 bay leaf(optional) 1”cinnamon(optional) Sugar to taste How to make: 1. First wash the mango and peel the mango. 2. Cut flesh of mango and boil in a cooker. 3.mix sugar in half of the pulp and leave half of the pulp without sugar.. 4. Take your tray and grease with oil.. 5. Spread thin layer of the puree over the tray.. 6. Get it dry under the sun for 3days.. 7. After 3 days cut into pieces as you like.. 8.
