Onions 10-12 CUT INTO LONG TOMATOES 4 FINELY CHOPPED CHILLIES 3 LONG CUT DHANIYA HANDFULL FINELY CHOPPED ADRAK LEHSUN PASTE 1 TSPN OIL 4 BADE CHAMMACH SUKHE MASALE:- HALDI, CHICKEN MASALA 1TSP, SALT, KHADA MASALA::-- TEJ PATTA 4 BLACK PEPPER:-1 TSPN LOUNG:-4-5 CHOTI ILAYCHI 5 BADI ILAYCHI 2 DALCHINI TUKDA 3 CHAKRI FULL 2 SHAHI JEERA 1/2 TSPN RICE 1/2 Kg basamati rice 1/2 bowl GHEE 1 bowl CREAM Method::- Fry half long cut onions to Brown n Keep aside. MARRINATE chicken for 7-8 hrs , Heat OIL3 bde chammach in pan, add khada masala, onion chopped, saute 4-5 minutes,add Ginger garlic paste, SAUTE , add sukhe masale...Mix well...Add chopped tomatoes,add ghee 1 spoon, mix And cook for 3 MINUTE, add marinated chicken, add CREAM 1-2 tspn, mix slightly, let it cook for 10 minutes at low flame or power. After 10 minutes add soaked rice , layer it on chicken peices, now layer cut DHANIYA Patti over the rice, add ghee, add 1 to 1 n 1/2 Glass of water as required, upto the layer of rice, do not exceed the QUANTITY of water.
