Remulla slams NTC for tolerance of continued airing of ABS-CBN shows thru TV Plus, UHF channel 43

Cavite Rep. Crispin Remulla says there is enough ground for the filing of a case before the Office of the Ombudsman against National Telecommunications commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba for failure to stop for the past eight weeks the broadcast of ABS CBN programs thru its TV Plus digital box, and thru UHF Channel 43 of Amcara Broadcasting Network, said to be a sister company of ABSCBN which also holds office inside the ABSCBN compound. Remulla also points out that ABS CBN has been conducting "illegal operations" for the past eight weeks because of its continuous broadcast thru TV Plus and UHF channel 43 without a legislative franchise.
