@ParagonRenegade4 years ago I' m sad the peacekeeper is out of the weapon pool, it' s my favourite weapon. The mastiff may be a bit more balanced, but it' s just not as fun or satisfying.
i hope they change it back in season 6. 8

it would need to be one part of a l buff/rework as by itself it wouldnt be much of an improvement. But in some situations you could force enemies to take another route or reveal themselves to your team. ...Expand 1

@marcobarrientos49534 years ago Nice to see Titanfall |2 mentioned in an Apex Legends video. I've talked to so many Apex players that have never even heard of Titanfall |1or2. Glad to see these changes, they are definitely strange but good, we needed to mix something up it felt like. I was starting to get bored of Apex already. The Caustic buff was desperately needed. @phant0mdummy4 years ago Octane should enable a fast entrance or exit for his team. Here' s an example of what i mean:
whenever octane uses his ult, teammates within this would make a good reason for the team to come to octane for a sneaky push over a wall, or a hasty escape.
you can even add to it by having each boosted teammate who uses his jump pad reduce the cooldown by 3 seconds.
this way, if your team utilizes the mechanic properly you will receive 6 seconds off the next jump pad cooldown. That' s 10% cd reduction whenever the team utilizes his jump pad properly.
you can tweak the numbers as needed, but overall, it would change the way teams use his jump pads. It would become less of a tool octane players use for themselves and instead becomes a team tactic every minute of a match. ...Expand

@tajwar95474 years ago Really don' t like the map: feels very empty without skull town, not really sure where they expect people to land and rotate. That being said, it' s mirage buff is ideal, but as a character he inevitably is nerfed by time. Not sure they can do much but mega buff him every six months or so. Eventually people will get used to his decoys and he will be weaker.
pathfinder nerf is ridiculous. His grappling hook was op but 35 seconds completely takes away his mobility. I think 25 seconds would have been a suitable compromise as reworking the grapple (changing the range/speed) would have upset pathfinder mains who have learnt the nuances of it.
would have been nice if octane got some qol buffs so that his movement was less predictable in the air.
mastiff feels super weird as a non care package weapon. The animation and sound design lends itself to being super strong, just like the kraber. Pk is delicate to balance and i haven' t had time to test it but i imagine it' s worthy of gold weapon status.
skullpiercer is nice to see alongside wingman nerfs. Weird how precision choke is still in the game when the devs made a point of reducing turbocharger when the devotion was made golden. ...Expand 5

also has low profile
low profile now makes leg and arm shots equal to chest shots (while he is 90% and now he gets this huge nerf.
yet every youtuber keeps placing him as s tier causing people to grab him with wraith, and there you go, every champion squad is a wraith and a pathfinder, so respawn looks at the data and just keeps nerfing him. ...Expand 3
