    @Calicat8last year I do 15 % incline at 2.5-3.2 mph and burn between 200-350 cal per session. I can’t imagine running at 7.5 mph. I’d go into cardiac arrest 54

    @unknownranger2508 months ago I actually do the 15 incline and a speed of 6-7 and i dont run but walk fast for 35 minutes and burn a total 500. Some days i go faster and burn 700 in 35-40 minutes. Ive cut out junk food, i eat moderately, it will be week 4 next week but i dont feel any different, only my hip area seems to have gone down.. ... 7

    Is that normal for a drop in weight to really stick and it not be water
    i do for 15-20min and 600-900 steps using 1.2mph

    Whatever incline or speed your body can tolerate.
    You will definitely sweat and burn fat . Incline is definitely better then running and it’s more effective… Me personally I do 30-45 minutes incline 7.5-8.0 speed 2.6-2.8 💪🏾💪🏾
