We shouldn't pay thousands of dollars /euro or pounds to keep those monsters alive rather than divert the money to those families or poor children... This is unfair. A lot of them know even if caught they will not die, so they are not afraid. Worse, they get is a cell with TV, meals, gym,library, and access to study... all free. How is that justified. ...2
