So that he does not exceed or fall short of his needs, and thus he will not obtain the desired result
This must be known by measuring muscle mass with a muscle mass measuring device, which is available in gyms
Or by measuring height, weight and age
And we know how much we need and we follow the appropriate system for that
الانسان لابد ان يعرف احتياجه من السعرات الحراريه
حتي لا يتعدي او يقل عن احتياجه وبذلك لن يحصل علي النتيجه المطلوبه
لابد من معرفه ذلك عن طريق قياس الكتله العضله بجهاز قياس الكتله العضليه وهو متوفر في الصالات الرياضيه
او عن طريق قياس الطول والوزن والعمر
ونعرف كم نحتاج ونتبع النظام المناسب لذلك
