1 ¾ cups (175g) blanched almond flour
1 cup of granulated Lakanto monk fruit or any granulated sweetener of choice
⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used Hershey's 100% cacau)
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2g) salt
chopped walnuts or any nuts of choice (optional)
