My FAVORITE Raw Vegan Dessert | quick plant based & gluten free healthy treat

//In this video I’m sharing one of my favorite raw vegan gluten free desserts you can make in 5 minutes! You MUST try this one because it tastes DIVINE and is suitable for a whole food plant based diet, dairy free or gluten free diet - basically for everyone, apart from those who have allergies to those ingredients.. This treat is a part of my realistic what I eat in a day because I am a sweet tooth and I find this easy recipe much healthier than store-bought treats. So, add it to your healthy vegan meals recipe book and try ASAP!! :) Ingredients: 1 cup walnuts 3 medjool dates 1 ripe banana 1 tbsp melted coconut oil I suppose, the recipe is clear in the video, so I don’t need to write it here. Just pay attention that you have to SLIGHTLY blend walnuts on their own first so you get tiny pieces. Only then add medjool dates, banana and coconut oil. Blend again. Place in the container covered with a parchment paper (easier to remove after). Freeze for a few hours or better overnight. You see, so easy!
