Ingredients:
Soak 1/2 Chana Dal for 4 hours
2 Cup Cooked Rice
Oil - 4tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2tbs
Jeera/ Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Curry Leavers- 10-11
Dried Red Chillies - 10
Peanuts- 1/2 Cup
Coconut Chunks - 10-11
Turmeric -1/2tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1tsp
Tamarind Paste - 1/2 Cup
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaver for Garnishing
Procedure:-
1. Add 4tbsp of Oil in Pan/Wok
2. Add Mustard Seeds, Jeera, Curry leaves, Dried Red Chillies, Coconut chunks & Peanuts to the oil
3. Salute for 1min
4. Add Turmeric & Red chilli powder
5. Then add soaked Chana Dal
6. Now add cooked Rice & Mix well
7. Cover with lid & cover for 2-3mins
